Convergint Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking aPurchasing & Logistics Coordinator to maintain timely purchasing and delivery, coordinate customs clearance, and manage documentation. Responsibilities include sourcing, procurement, ERP data accuracy, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field with at least 3 years of purchasing and logistics experience, plus strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in purchasing/logistics coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Source and procure products and equipment promptly to meet project needs.
• Ensure on-time delivery by following up with vendors on POs.
• Coordinate import/export processes including customs clearance.
• Manage purchasing data in the ERP system for accuracy.
• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Maintain documentation and file management.
