Job summary

Precision Control Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to source and negotiate best purchase packages, issue POs and monitor deliveries for production readiness. You will liaise with stores to maintain stock levels, analyze supplier data for quality, and coordinate import/export shipments with vendors and customers.

The role requires 1–2 years in a related field and a relevant diploma, with ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or business studies or equivalents.
• 1–2 years of working experience in related field is required.
• Self-motivated, independent with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate best purchase packages with vendors (quality, price, terms, delivery, services, invoicing).
• Issue POs and monitor delivery to ensure material availability for production.
• Coordinate with stores to control stock levels (first in, first out).
• Analyse vendor and purchase records to ensure quality of products/services.
• Coordinate and arrange import/export shipments and prepare relevant documents.
