Job summary

YICK HOE GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking a Purchasing Executive to coordinate shipping and payment with sellers, manage stock status with Inventory, and stay updated on metal pricing to support pricing accuracy for marketing.

The role requires international sourcing experience, knowledge of LC payments, and a background in metal procurement, with strong numerical skills and degree-level education.

Qualifications

• Experience in international sourcing.
• Knowledge of international payments such as LC.
• Preferably from metal industry.
• Confident with numbers and financial details.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sellers on shipping and payment arrangements.
• Coordinate with Inventory dept on stock status before purchasing.
• Stay updated on metal pricing.
• Provide current metal pricing info to Marketing for accurate quotes.
• Perform other procurement tasks as assigned by head of department.

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks related to procurement to be assigned by head of department from time to time

Education requirement: Degree preferred or Diploma with hands on experience on metal procurement
