Job summary

ALUMTAN UNION METAL SDN BHD in Malaysia seeks a Senior Executive, Operations & Purchasing to support daily purchasing, factory coordination, logistics and operational activities. You will manage supplier follow-ups, coordinate factory operations and customer orders, arrange shipments, monitor stock, and prepare reports.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in business or related field, 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or metal trading, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, with

• Diploma or degree in business, purchasing, supply chain, logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, metal trading, stainless steel, aluminium or industrial products is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• ERP experience is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
