Job summary

Clinic RX in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Administration Officer to support planning and tracking of shipments and deliveries, organize transportation, and verify deliveries to ensure correct stock levels.

You will monitor timeliness and legality of material movement, liaise with suppliers, and assist with reports, documentation, and purchase orders. The role requires strong organization, and English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/O-Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Equivalent.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must have GDL license (To deliver stocks).
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the planning and tracking of the shipment / delivery of products.
• Organizing and managing transportation.
• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered.
• Responsible for monitoring material transported and delivered for timeliness and legality.
• Liaise and follow up orders with suppliers.
• Provide support in completing reports or documentation.
• Assist loading / unloading, sorting, stocking and orders products.
• Reviewing, preparing and routing purchase orders.
• Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
• Monitoring and provide support in ensuring there's always sufficient stock level of company's inventory / products.
