Job summary

• Prepare Purchase Requisition, order and GRN (purchase related documents)
• Sourcing of material and various standard parts from local overseas
• Able to troubleshooting problems associated with the progress of each material ordering.
• Compare pricing and evaluate the supplier quotation
• Check invoices and delivery documents against purchase orders and received goods.
• Monitoring and update the procurement progress
