KITCHEN SOLUTIONS CONSOLIDATE SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled Purchasing Administrator to join our dynamic team in Puchong, Selangor. As a full-time Purchasing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement and inventory management processes, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and supplies to enable efficient manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and following up on outstanding orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to identify replenishment needs
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms, ensure timely delivery, and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis to support decision-making
• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of purchasing policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
