Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in purchasing or procurement, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations, supplier management, and inventory control best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing process, including raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels for replenishment.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms, ensure timely delivery, and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in procurement reports and analyses to support decision-making.
• Contribute to procurement policies and procedures improvements.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team as required.
