Job summary

KIM HOUSE TILING & SANITARY SDN. BHD. in Ipoh, Malaysia, seeks a detail‑oriented Customer Service and Administration Officer to support sales, procurement, and showroom operations.

You will handle customer feedback, prepare quotations and orders, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and maintain orderly documentation and showroom presentation. This full‑time role requires a proactive approach and good communication in English and Malay; prior procurement exposure is a plus.

• Handle customer feedbacks and provide support to resolve feedbacks.

• Prepare sales orders for procurement department for order products.
• Attend walk-in customers when needed.
• Prepare quotations for customers.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth handling and operation flow.
• Organize and file all documents accordingly.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and product labeling.

Job description

2. Prepare all necessary documentation for each sales transaction to ensure collection of cash and its accuracy.

3. Prepare sales order to procurement department for order products.

4. Require to attend walk in customer if needed.

5. Require to prepare quotation for customers.

6. Coordinate and work closely with other departments for smooth handling and operation flow.

7. Organize and filling all documents accordingly.

8. Upkeep stackingitems, displayying item, product labelling and take care cleanliness in showroom.

9. Any other relevant job functions as and when required.

10. Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.

11. Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.

12. Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
