Klitz Vibrant Imported Kitchens Sdn Bhd is seeking a procurement professional to source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and ensure cost‑effective purchasing aligned with company policies. The role emphasizes supplier base expansion, stock planning, and ongoing process improvement.

With 1–2 years of relevant experience and a Diploma/Degree in a related field, you will communicate fluently in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, and work collaboratively with project teams to deliver

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or related field.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
• Strong command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Obtain quotations from suppliers and prepare detailed price comparison analysis.
• Identify, source, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers to strengthen the supplier base.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Coordinate closely with project and contract teams for timely, accurate purchasing.
• Review procurement needs and source materials efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Source and compare quotations, evaluate suppliers, and recommend the best options.
• Assist in planning deliveries, controlling stock, and maintaining purchase records.
• Enforce procurement policies and support continuous improvement in supply chain processes.

Job description

Ensure strict compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Coordinate closely with project and contract teams to ensure timely and accurate purchasing.

Review procurement needs and ensure materials are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively.

Source and compare quotations, evaluate suppliers, and recommend the best options.

Assist in planning deliveries, controlling stock, and maintaining purchase records.

Enforce procurement policies and support continuous improvement in supply chain processes.

Handle any ad-hoc purchasing duties as required.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related field.

Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or other related disciplines.

Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (both written and spoken).

Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with a positive attitude.
