KIM HOUSE TILING & SANITARY SDN. BHD. is seeking a sales associate to assist walk-in customers, advise on tile and sanitary selections, and support day-to-day showroom operations. You will prepare quotations, generate leads, and help ensure timely payments and stock accuracy.

Based in Ipoh, this role focuses on indoor sales, showroom presentation, and close collaboration with other departments to achieve sales targets. Previous retail or tile/sanitary experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Attend walk-in customers and provide professional advice to meet every unique need.
• Prepare enquiry form with the customer selected items / quotations.
• Generate sales lead and follow up outstanding order / enquiry.
• Monitor customer’s debt and ensure timely collection of payment.
• Work towards achieving company sales target.
• Upkeep stacking items, displaying item, product labelling and take care cleanliness in showroom.
• Coordinate and work closely with other departments for smooth sales handling and operation flow.
• Managing Social Media Advertising & Email Marketing to generate sales lead
• Selling is indoors only.
• Any other relevant job functions as and when required.
• Responsible for the managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities.
• Order processing and monitoring like prepare require goods, goods delivery, site measurement, arrange installer, site monitoring, calculate actual material usage and collect balance stock.
• Stock monitoring and stock take.
