Job summary

Pecca Group Berhad is seeking a diligent assistant in purchasing/ procurement based in Malaysia. You will assist in preparing purchase orders, track deliveries, communicate with suppliers, and maintain supplier data. Strong Excel skills, good communication, and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree.
• Preferred academic background in Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management/ Accounting/ Finance/ Banking/ Economics/ Operations Management/ Logistic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding quotes, order status, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain and update supplier and product information in the database.
• Help evaluate vendor performance and price comparisons.
• Coordinate with internal departments on inventory and supply needs.
• Support the team in maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation.
