Job summary

SAM Engineering & Equipment (M) Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Officer to join our team. You will handle receiving, packing, and shipment planning to ensure accurate delivery orders and stock records, while maintaining orderly storage and timely data updates in the ERP system.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience, good computer skills, and the ability to work independently with staff at all levels.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years related working experience preferable in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in computer.
• Able to work independently and interact with all level of staff.

Responsibilities

• Receiving Delivery Orders from supplier & ensure physical goods received are tally with delivery orders prior
• update in Syteline system on time.
• Responsible for keeping records and maintain proper filling for Delivery Orders and Subcon Issue Voucher.
• Ensure all stock are handled and stored with proper label at their designated place.
• Ensure all stock in system are updated and tally with physical stock.
• Issuing raw material and standard hardware upon received job router
• Arrangement for packing on shipment parts
• Ensure correct quantity and part number as per Delivery Order are being shipped to the correct destination
• Arrangement for packing on shipment parts.
• Responsible for scheduling of time table for all deliveries and collections to ensure shipments to supplier done within planner required date.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time

Job description
