Menara Maxis in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Protégé Trainee for the Project Support Office to gain hands-on experience supporting nationwide retail store build, renovation, and rollout projects. You will work with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with standards.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with 0–1 year of exposure to project coordination or retail operations, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and are proficient

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to project coordination, administration, retail operations, or construction-related environments would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Bill of Quantities (BQ) review and project coordination, identifying discrepancies and variances.
• Coordinate project-related documentation, permits, and applications with councils and contractors.
• Maintain a structured document management system with version control and audit readiness.
• Assist in raising PRs/POs, process invoices, and monitor project expenditures against budgets.
• Document and improve project processes, workflows, and SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor store renovations to ensure brand standards and design compliance.
• Coordinate with Retail Management, Consumer Business, Finance, Procurement and external partners.
• Prepare project status updates, trackers, and meeting minutes for governance reviews.
