Job summary

Maxis is recruiting for Protégé Trainee – Campaign Ops & Retention at Sunway Pinnacle in Kuala Lumpur. Over 12 months you will gain hands-on experience supporting the telesales team, processing orders and coordinating fulfilment.

The role covers order fulfilment, SIM card assignment, issue resolution and records maintenance. Fresh graduates are welcome; you should be detail‑oriented, proficient in Excel and able to work in a fast-paced, rotating shifts environment.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Commerce, Marketing or a relevant discipline recognised by the Government of Malaysia.
• A CGPA of 3.0 or above, or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage data entry and documentation accurately.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
• An interest in backend fulfilment, customer operations and improving how work gets done.
• Preference will be given to fresh graduates with no prior working experience who are currently unemployed.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfilment: Process telesales submissions and coordinate orders, inventory, shipping and tracking for Fibre, MP, HP and WBB products.
• SIM card fulfilment: Assign SIM cards to approved orders, prepare them for delivery with accurate labels and documentation, and track shipments through to receipt.
• Issue resolution: Identify and flag order discrepancies, delivery delays and other fulfilment issues, then work with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.
• Records and reporting: Update trackers and customer records accurately so the team has reliable information on each order’s status.
• Process improvement: Identify ways to reduce manual work, document updated procedures and help team members adopt them.
