Maxis is seeking a Project Support Office (PSO) Protégé to assist in retail store build, renovation, and rollout projects nationwide. You will gain hands-on exposure to project coordination, documentation control, and financial administration while working with project managers and cross-functional teams.

You will support BQ reviews, permit management, and budget tracking, helping ensure timely approvals and efficient project delivery in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to project coordination, administration, retail operations, or construction-related environments would be an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• Review Bills of Quantities (BQ) and assist in project coordination, identifying discrepancies and potential cost overruns.
• Coordinate project documentation, permits, and applications with councils, landlords, contractors and regulators.
• Maintain a structured document management system with version control and audit-ready records.
• Support PRs/POs, process invoices, track expenditures, and monitor budgets.
• Document and improve project processes, workflows, and SOPs to boost efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor store renovations to ensure brand standards and coordinate maintenance with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Retail Management, Consumer Business, Finance, Procurement and external partners for smooth execution.
• Prepare project status updates, trackers, reports, minutes, and presentation materials for governance reviews.
