Job summary

Knight Frank Malaysia is seeking a proactive Building Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our managed property. You will be hands-on, service-oriented and committed to delivering high standards in building maintenance and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating maintenance, security, housekeeping and safety compliance while managing service providers and tenants professionally. You will monitor budgets, contracts and compliance with regulations to ensure exceptional property

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in building/facility management.
• Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily building operations, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and safety compliance
• Oversee service providers and contractors to ensure quality performance
• Handle tenant relations, inquiries, and complaints professionally
• Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance plans
• Monitor budgets, service contracts, and operational reports
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, policies, and safety standards
