Job summary

This full-time role reports to the Property Management team and requires coordinating maintenance, security, and tenant relations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in building or facilities management, strong budgeting and reporting skills, and the ability to liaise with tenants, owners, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a building or facilities management role.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and security services for properties.
• Oversee policy implementation to maintain high standards of property management.
• Liaise with tenants, owners and external contractors to address issues.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and ensure efficient resource use.
