Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee daily operations for a low-density residential development in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on management of contractors, security, cleaning, and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day building operations and manage the property.
• Supervise maintenance works, repairs, and service providers.
• Manage security, cleaning, landscaping, and outsourced services.
• Handle residents’ requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Prepare and control budgets and service charges.
• Ensure compliance with strata regulations and attend meetings.
• Maintain the building in good, safe condition and prepare reports.
