Job summary

Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad (PHB) invites a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Property Management to oversee real estate processes for the asset portfolio and drive the strategy for all managed properties. You will lead a team, coordinate with vendors and tenants, and ensure compliance with tenancy terms and internal controls.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in property management, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Property Management/Real Estate required.
• Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
• Min 5-7 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and supervise real estate processes for assigned buildings.
• Formulate and execute property management strategy across assets.
• Lead the team to achieve annual KPIs and oversee asset enhancement programmes.
• Monitor vendors and internal teams with KPIs; chair monthly meetings.
• Prepare annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets for buildings; coordinate insurance.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs; assist audits and coordinate with stakeholders.
