Job summary

Elegant Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Property Executive to manage marketing, leasing and maintenance across a diverse property portfolio in Klang Valley. You will drive tenancy uptake, negotiate renewals, and ensure compliant tenancy documentation.

Coordinate routine inspections, manage contractors, prepare monthly performance reports, monitor maintenance budgets and maintain digital records. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is preferred for liaising with tenants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in property management including marketing/leasing duties.
• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & leasing: conduct market research, set rental strategies, list properties on portals, conduct viewings, negotiate lease renewals, prepare tenancy docs, ensure compliance.
