Job summary

EH Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Property Manager to oversee West Malaysia assets, coordinate maintenance, and ensure guest satisfaction. The role includes unit handovers, tenancy document handling, and liaising with contractors.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in property-related work, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Weekend availability and occasional travel are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in sales / marketing / hospitality / property management or equivalent.
• At least 1–3 years working experience in property related field is required.
• Able to answer phone call and solve urgent issue during weekend and public holiday.
• Able to travel occasionally.
• Polite as need to communicate with guest.
• Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office operation, Excel & Outlook.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visit to ensure asset condition and ensure proper maintenance.
• Monitor collection progress and debt recovery activities.
• Manage and maintain West Malaysia property.
• Handover unit to tenant.
• Receive and deliver Tenancy Agreement.
• Repair and maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractor / supplier / building management office.
• Manage tenant’s complaints and resolve them.
• Coordinate cleaning and housekeeping services.
• Coordinate check-in and check-out.
• Monitor and manage utility bills and service charges.
• Manage Airbnb (short-term homestay) unit including market surveys, bookings, and guest communications.
