Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property management or a related real estate field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with clients, tenants and stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving with attention to detail and decision-making abilities.
• Working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and best practices in residential property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-kept and tenant-ready.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs and address tenant concerns promptly.
• Oversee rent collection, payments, and financial record-keeping.
• Source and screen tenants, manage tenancy agreements and renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver excellent service.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends and best practices.
• Contribute to policies, procedures and strategic initiatives for property management operations.
