Job summary

JMB Pangsapuri Lagoon Perdana in Malaysia is seeking a Building Executive to oversee day-to-day building operations for Lagoon Perdana Apartment. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Building Manager on critical issues.
• Coordinate lift breakdowns with vendors, subcontractors, and technicians.
• Submit lift service reports on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis.
• Ensure daily reports from security and cleaners are submitted.
• Inform management of security guard reports on duty in Lagoon Perdana with one week notice.
• Inspect, resolve and report defects affecting resident units; handle complaints and report unresolved issues.
