Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in property management, building management, facilities management or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in building, property or facilities management.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Organised, responsible, service-oriented and able to coordinate multiple parties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations, maintenance and service delivery.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure common facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
• Coordinate technicians, security, cleaners, contractors and other service providers.
• Attend to residents' enquiries, complaints and maintenance requests promptly.
• Obtain quotations, monitor contractors and verify completed work.
• Maintain operational records, incident reports, maintenance schedules and relevant documentation.
• Assist with management reports, meetings, notices and communication with residents or tenants.
• Support compliance with house rules, safety requirements and applicable strata-management regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and operational issues, including outside normal working hours when required.
