Qualifications

• 3+ years in campaign management, marketing ops or similar.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Attention to data accuracy and ability to interpret metrics.
• Willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing promotions from planning to post-campaign review.
• Develop promotion mechanics, terms, and campaign requirements.
• Manage opt-in applications and data validation with internal teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on assets, approvals and timelines.
• Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot promotion issues.
• Track performance, deliver summaries, and suggest improvements.
• Support ad-hoc projects to help team priorities.
