Job summary

Fuku by Momofuku in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Promotions Operations Specialist to plan and execute marketing promotions from conception through post-campaign review. You will manage the application process, track timelines, and ensure accurate delivery across teams.

You will work with cross-functional teams and clients to optimize campaigns, respond to inquiries, and compile performance summaries with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in campaign management or marketing operations.
• Strong English, second language preferred (Mandarin).
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end promotions from planning to post-campaign review.
• Develop promotion mechanics, eligibility criteria, and T&Cs.
• Manage opt-in application process and validate data.
• Coordinate with internal teams on assets, timelines, and approvals.
• Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot promotion issues.
• Maintain promotion trackers and prepare performance summaries with recommendations.
• Support ad-hoc projects to aid team priorities.
