Job summary

Fuku is seeking a proactive CRM Operations Executive / Senior Executive to join our Global Marketing team in Kuala Lumpur. You will run and optimise CRM campaigns across Push Notifications, Email, WhatsApp, and more, translating business requirements into precise, timely customer communications.

You will collaborate with regional teams to manage audience segments, perform QA, and apply AI tools to speed up delivery while reducing errors.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
• Experience with at least one CRM or marketing automation platform (Braze, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end CRM campaigns across channels (Push, Email, WhatsApp, etc.) from brief to launch and post-campaign monitoring.
• Build targeted audience segments and perform QA to minimise errors and protect the customer experience.
• Identify operational gaps and apply AI tools to reduce manual work and improve campaign efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and regional teams to clarify requirements and manage timelines.
• Ensure campaigns comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and market guidelines.
