Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive marketing professional to plan, coordinate and execute campaigns across channels in Kuching, Malaysia. You will manage calendars, collaborate with designers and agencies, and optimize digital efforts including social media, Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive engagement and leads.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns independently.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and campaign performance tracking.
• Experience coordinating events, creative agencies and external vendors.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva, Adobe or marketing tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities and property launches.
• Manage marketing calendars, timelines and deliverables to ensure activities are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads and website updates.
• Work with designers, agencies and vendors to develop marketing materials and content.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer enquiries and lead generation results.
• Conduct competitor research and gather market insights to support marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate events, roadshows and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor marketing expenses, quotations and vendor deliverables against approved budgets.
• Prepare marketing reports, progress updates and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with Sales and internal teams to ensure marketing activities support business objectives.
