Job summary

EcoWorld in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Manager, Project Planning & Development to support feasibility assessments, regulatory submissions, and implementation preparation. You will analyze technical documents, coordinate with consultants and authorities, and help integrate digital tools for planning accuracy and efficiency.

Key outcomes include timely feasibility studies, compliant submissions, and coordinated design activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Town Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
Certifications in AutoCAD, BIM or project coordination tools are an advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in project planning, submission coordination, or property development.
Proven track record in drafting readiness support hours of scope to actions and professional communication.

Responsibilities

Feasibility & Concept Support: Prepare feasibility study reports using data on land use, infrastructure, and regulatory constraints; apply GIS tools and market data.
Regulatory Submissions: Coordinate with consultants to prepare submissions; review accuracy and compliance before submission to authorities; track status.
Detailed Design Coordination: Review construction drawings for consistency; conduct basic clash detection using AutoCAD and BIM 360; coordinate meetings.
Mock‑Up & Implementation Support: Plan project mock‑ups; capture feedback and integrate changes into final design documentation; ensure smooth handover and execution readiness.
