Job summary

Eco World Development Group Berhad seeks an Assistant Manager for Project Planning & Development to support feasibility studies, regulatory submissions, and detailed design coordination. You will apply GIS tools and coordinate with consultants to ensure compliance and timely approvals.

The role emphasizes digital tool integration, cross‑functional collaboration, and hands‑on involvement in planning milestones from concept to implementation, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in town planning, architecture, civil engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in AutoCAD, BIM, or project coordination tools are an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in project planning, submission coordination, or property development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in feasibility studies and concept development using data on land use, infrastructure, and regulatory constraints.
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities for submissions and documentation.
• Review construction drawings for consistency with plans and design intent; support design coordination meetings.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Town Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
