Job summary

EcoWorld International in Malaysia seeks a Manager, Project Planning & Development to lead the full planning lifecycle of property projects, from concept through implementation. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and authorities to secure approvals and ensure design alignment with goals.

Key competencies include feasibility assessment, BIM/AutoCAD coordination, and integrating digital planning tools for monitoring progress and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related planning field is required.
• Accreditation in PM or Urban Planning is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years in project planning or real estate development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Concept development with feasibility, site analysis, and concept design alignment.
• Oversee submissions for planning, infrastructure, and building plan approvals.
• Coordinate detailed design across architectural, civil, mechanical disciplines.
• Manage mock-ups and ensure alignment with approved designs and authorities.
