Job summary

Eco World Development Group Berhad seeks a Manager, Project Planning & Development to lead the full planning lifecycle of major property developments in Malaysia. You will drive concept development, coordinate with land planning, marketing, and product teams, and secure statutory approvals with authorities.

The role emphasizes BIM, AutoCAD-enabled design coordination, and collaboration with external consultants, authorities, and certification bodies to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil & structural engineering, mechanical & electrical engineering, urban planning, or related discipline.
• Accreditation in project management or urban planning is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage planning, including feasibility studies, site analysis, and concept design alignment.
• Oversee submission drawings, layouts, and documents for authority approvals.
• Review detailed design drawings from consultants across architectural, civil & structural, and M&E disciplines.
• Manage planning and execution of project mock-ups for key design elements.
