Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a Manager of Project Planning & Development to lead the full planning lifecycle of mixed-use and high‑rise projects. You will coordinate internal teams, architects, engineers, and authorities to ensure on‑time delivery within budget, aligned with corporate goals.

Responsibilities include feasibility, design validation via BIM/AutoCAD, and securing planning and infrastructure approvals.

Qualifikationen

• At least 7 years’ experience in project planning, town planning, or real estate development.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage external consultants.
• Track record of securing statutory approvals, including building plans.

Aufgaben

• Lead concept development, feasibility studies, site analysis, and concept design alignment.
• Oversee submission drawings, layouts, and technical documents for authority approvals.
• Coordinate detailed design across architectural, civil/structural, and M&E disciplines.
• Manage project mock‑ups and ensure integration with approved designs.
• Engage stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance across all stages.
