It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing! The Assistant Manager, Project Planning & Development (PPD) supports the execution of planning activities across the project lifecycle—from feasibility assessments through to regulatory submissions and implementation preparation. The role involves analyzing technical documents, coordinating with consultants and authorities, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The incumbent also supports the integration of digital tools to enhance planning accuracy and project efficiency.

Key Outcomes: Accurate and timely delivery of feasibility studies, regulatory submissions, and design coordination tasks. Consultant submissions and internal documentation meet project planning standards and statutory requirements. Digital tools are used effectively to support data collection, document tracking, and coordination workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Feasibility & Concept Support: Assist in preparing feasibility study reports by collecting and analyzing data on land use, infrastructure, and regulatory constraints. Apply GIS tools, planning guidelines, and market data to support concept formulation and development strategies. Work with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Investment) to align conceptual plans with development direction.
  • Regulatory Submissions: Coordinate with consultants (architects, planners, engineers) in preparing submission drawings and documents. Review technical submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission to authorities. Track submission status, manage document logs, and follow up with relevant authorities to expedite approvals (planning, infrastructure, and building plans).
  • Detailed Design Coordination: Analyze and review construction drawings from consultants to ensure consistency with approved plans and design intent. Conduct basic clash detection using tools such as AutoCAD and BIM 360. Facilitate inter‑discipline coordination meetings and document resolution of design conflicts.
  • Mock‑Up & Implementation Support: Support the planning and coordination of project mock‑ups, ensuring alignment with final designs. Capture mock‑up feedback and assist in integrating changes into the final design documentation. Collaborate with site and implementation teams to ensure smooth handover and execution readiness.
