Job summary

EcoWorld is seeking a Head of Project Planning & Development to set and execute the strategic planning vision for all development projects in Malaysia. You will oversee master planning, feasibility modelling, regulatory navigation, and the digital transformation of planning workflows to ensure viable, profitable project pipelines.

You will integrate market intelligence with policy frameworks, lead multi-stakeholder engagements, and drive design innovation from land potential to project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in urban planning, architecture, or civil engineering; master’s preferred.
• 15+ years in real estate development with senior planning leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and navigate regulatory approvals.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and evaluate project vision, land use strategy, and layouts.
• Lead regulatory engagement with authorities to secure approvals.
• Direct planners, architects, engineers, and consultants; ensure submission readiness.
• Promote digital planning workflows and dashboards for tracking milestones.
