Job summary

Enproserve (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead EPCC programs across planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover in Malaysia. You will drive multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, while upholding safety, quality and productivity standards.

The role requires 8–15 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in midsize EPCC projects, with strong leadership and communication abilities and willingness to travel to

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in EPCC.
• 3-5 years in managing midsize EPCC projects.
• Experience in oil & gas, energy, or infrastructure EPCC.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to supplier locations or client offices.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions.
• Comply with site safety requirements.

• Lead progress meetings and ensure safety, quality, productivity targets.

Job description

This role involves comprehensive project management and execution oversight across planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive projects to successful completion while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan (PEP), schedule, budget, and resource plan

Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria

Lead risk management and contingency planning

Ensure compliance with contract requirements, codes, and regulations

Oversee multidisciplinary engineering (civil, mechanical, piping, E&I, process) and ensure timely approval of deliverables

Coordinate design reviews and resolve technical issues with clients and consultants

Work with Procurement on requisitions, vendor selection, and technical evaluations

Monitor vendor performance and delivery, and manage subcontractors

Plan site mobilization, construction sequencing, and work-front availability

Lead progress meetings and resolve site issues while meeting safety, quality, and productivity targets

About you

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

8 to 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 3-5 years in managing midsize EPCC projects

Proven track record in industrial, oil & gas, energy, utility, chemical, or infrastructure EPCC projects

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions

Requires travel to supplier locations or client offices

Must comply with site safety requirements and work in construction environments
