Job summary

Mcct Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia-based mechanical and electrical contracting company, serves commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors with end-to-end M&E solutions across sites nationwide. Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 6-10 years of proven experience in the electrical contracting industry.
• Hands-on experience managing at least two core functions (technical, quantity surveying, or site operations).
• Experience delivering at least one full project cycle from start to finish.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and risk awareness with on-site challenge resolution.
• Proficiency in cost control, schedule management, quality assurance, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all project activities from commencement to completion, including planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
• Prepare, review, and maintain all project documentation, including schedules, submissions, progress reports, meeting minutes, variation orders, claims, and handover documents.
• Coordinate project execution with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Attend and lead client meetings, site meetings, and project progress discussions to address requirements, resolve issues, and monitor progress.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and resources to ensure timely completion within the approved budget.
• Ensure all project works comply with contractual requirements, drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve project issues, technical challenges, risks, and delays, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage contractual matters, including variations, progress claims, extension-of-time submissions, and other project-related commercial matters.
• Supervise and guide project teams and site personnel, ensuring effective coordination and achievement of objectives.
• Provide regular project updates to management and perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
