Job summary

Enproserve (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead EPCC programs across planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover in Malaysia. You will drive multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, while upholding safety, quality and productivity standards.

The role requires 8–15 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in midsize EPCC projects, with strong leadership and communication abilities and willingness to travel to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in EPCC.
• 3-5 years in managing midsize EPCC projects.
• Experience in oil & gas, energy, or infrastructure EPCC.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to supplier locations or client offices.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions.
• Comply with site safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PEP, schedule, budget, and resource plan.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Lead risk management and contingency planning.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, codes, regulations.
• Oversee engineering disciplines and deliverables approvals.
• Coordinate design reviews and issue resolution with clients/consultants.
• Coordinate procurement requisitions, vendor selection, evaluations.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage subcontractors.
• Plan site mobilization, construction sequencing, and work-front availability.
• Lead progress meetings and ensure safety, quality, productivity targets.
