Job summary

ENPROSERVE (M-HQ) SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Human Resources Senior Executive to support day-to-day HR operations in Malaysia, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, attendance, and HR documentation.

The role requires 4–5 years in HR, preferably in oil and gas, with strong communication and knowledge of Malaysian employment law. You will manage probation, performance reviews, and employee relations while ensuring compliance and timely administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management.
• 4–5 years of HR experience in oil and gas.
• Turnaround recruitment experience is a plus.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, candidate communication, interview arrangements, and follow-ups.
• Manage onboarding, probation, confirmation, and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents: employment letters, confirmation letters, and other correspondence.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and other attendance-related matters.
• Prepare and verify monthly payroll information: salary adjustments, allowances, overtime, unpaid leave, deductions.
• Ensure accurate statutory contributions and submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Handle employee inquiries, workplace issues, disciplinary matters, and employee relations professionally.
• Follow up on probation reviews, confirmations, and performance appraisal processes.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Senior Executive to support the company's day-to-day HR operations. This role will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll support, HR documentation, and other HR-related matters.

Key responsibilities

Handle the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate communication, interview arrangements, and follow-ups.

Manage employee onboarding, probation, confirmation, and offboarding processes.

Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, including employment letters, confirmation letters and other employee correspondence.

Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave, medical leave, overtime, and other attendance-related matters.

Prepare and verify monthly payroll information, including salary adjustments, allowances, overtime, unpaid leave, and deductions.

Handle and ensure accurate statutory contributions and submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.

Handle employee inquiries, workplace issues, disciplinary matters, and other employee relations matters professionally.

Follow up on employee probation reviews, confirmations, and performance appraisal processes.

About you

Bachelor's degree in human resource management

At least 4 to 5 years of relevant HR experience in oil and gas

Experienced in turnaround recruitment will be an advantage

Good communication and organizational skills

Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements
