Enproserve (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a Site Safety Supervisor to develop and maintain a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise safety practices across all operations in Malaysia. The role requires monitoring toolbox meetings, permits, and documentation, plus incident investigation support.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Occupational Safety and be a Yellow Book holder, with experience in safety standards and hazard mitigation on oil & gas projects.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Occupational Safety or related field is required.
• Yellow book safety certification is required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a strong Safety First culture across the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements including OSHA 2022.
• Conduct regular Toolbox Meetings and monitor attendance.
• Verify workers' permits and related documentation are complete and valid.
• Monitor work activities to ensure safe work practices are followed.
• Identify and control workplace hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate and document incidents and assist in investigations.
• Coordinate site emergency response activities.

Develop and maintain a strong Safety First culture across the workplace.

Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and regulatory requirements, including OSHA 2022 and the Client's OSH Code of Conduct and mandatory requirements.

Conduct regular Toolbox Meetings and monitor workers' attendance and participation.

Verify that all required workers' permits, machinery mobilization permits, and related documentation are complete, valid, and properly maintained.

Monitor and inspect work activities to ensure that safe work practices and approved safety procedures are consistently followed across all operations.

Identify and monitor workplace safety and health hazards, and implement appropriate control measures to mitigate risks.

Investigate and record all reportable incidents, and assist line personnel in conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.

Coordinate, control, and manage site emergency response activities to ensure appropriate and timely action during emergencies.

Job Requirement:

1.Preferably Diploma in Occupational Safetyor related field
