Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: SPM/O Level, Diploma/Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Sustainable and Renewable Energy, or related field.
• 2–3 years in construction management or project development, preferably with large-scale retail/commercial/mixed-use developments.
• Experience with MNCs or international projects is a plus.
• Proficiency in construction processes, materials, and technologies.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, AutoCAD) and design tools.
• Fluent in English and Malay; Japanese preferred.
• Willing to travel interstate.

Responsibilities

• Support the project manager in overseeing construction from inception to completion, ensuring milestones are met.
• Coordinate daily operations with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Track and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources for efficient execution.
• Review and verify work progress claims, DOs, and invoices; obtain approvals for POs, resolutions, and official letters.
• Arrange and maintain meeting schedules; record minutes and file documents.
• Manage daily construction documentation, material submissions, and sample approvals.
• Liaise with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and authorities for documentation releases.
• Draft correspondence letters as required.
• Plan and conduct site inspections and regular site meetings; attend meetings with stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by superior.

Job Description

• Support the project manager in overseeing the construction process from inception to completion, ensuring timely achievement of all project milestones.
  
• Manage daily operations and collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination.
  
• Support the project manager in tracking and managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
  
• Support the project manager in reviewing and verifying work progress claims, delivery orders (DO), and invoices, as well as obtaining approvals for issuing purchase orders (PO), resolutions, and official letters.
  
• Arrange and maintain meeting schedules, record minutes, ensure proper documentation filing, and familiarize yourself with contract documents and construction drawings.
  
• Assist in managing daily documentation for construction activities, oversee material submissions, and facilitate sample approvals.

Requirements
