Job summary

Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd is assisting a leading global high-tech enterprise to recruit a Project & Commercial Specialist in Kuala Lumpur. You will maintain relationships with enterprise clients, coordinate meetings, and bridge communication between local customers and HQ teams to keep projects running smoothly.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor in related fields, has 1–3 years of project coordination or commercial experience, and is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Education as stated: Diploma or Bachelor in Business Administration, Construction Management, QS, Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years in project coordination, commercial executive or project administration.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required for daily liaising with stakeholders and HQ.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong, positive relationships with enterprise clients, local government agencies, and utility suppliers.
• Coordinate client meetings, prepare progress updates, and bridge communication between local clients and Headquarters / technical teams.
• Monitor and track end-to-end project execution timelines to ensure key milestones are delivered efficiently.
• Coordinate with local sub-contractors (civil/MEP) and suppliers to collect quotations and analyze progress reports.
• Escalate potential project delays and operational risks to the Project Manager in a timely manner.
• Manage project contract execution, including milestone billings, invoice issuance, and payment follow-ups with both clients and sub-contractors.
• Support local compliance documentation, engineering license renewals, and equipment import clearance coordination.
• Handle ad-hoc commercial or administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.

As a trusted global strategic partner for top-tier cloud giants and telecom operators, they deliver integrated end-to-end solutions, including R&D, advanced manufacturing, and EPC turnkey project delivery.To support their rapidly expanding hyper-scale projects in Malaysia, they are looking for a driven and dual-talented Project ＆ Commercial Specialist to join their international team in Kuala Lumpur.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying (QS), Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, commercial executive roles, or project administration. Experience in Data Center, EPC, Construction, or MEP industries is a massive plus.
• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required, as the role requires daily liaison with local Malaysian stakeholders and the Headquarters.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, legally aware (for contract reading), and a strong team player.
