Job summary

Rackson Composite Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Executive to coordinate with consultants, authorities and stakeholders on design, planning and technical requirements. You will monitor progress to ensure projects stay within budget and timeline, while maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, is proficient in MS Office and project management software, and is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Property Development, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel when required.

Job description

Coordinate with consultants on project design, planning and technical requirements.

Liaise with relevant authorities and consultants to ensure timely submission, approval and compliance with project requirements.

Monitor project progress and construction works to ensure completion within the approved budget, contract value and scheduled timeline.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.

Monitor project deliverables to ensure meet quality standards and specifications.

Attend project meetings, follow up on outstanding matters and provide updates to management.

Perform any other duties or ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Management.

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Property Development, or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
