Job summary

Kerjaya Milenium is seeking a Project Executive in Kuala Lumpur to coordinate and execute construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met. The role requires collaboration with site teams, contractors and stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives.

You will support the Project Manager, manage documentation, assist in procurement, and monitor costs while upholding safety and compliance across activities. This is a full-time, on-site position in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical documents.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects. As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing project activities whilst ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets and quality standards. What we’re looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical documents
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail
• Knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and compliance requirements is preferred
• Professional certification such as CIDB registration would be advantageous
