Job summary

Job description

Plan, coordinate and monitor construction works to ensure projects are completed according to schedule, specifications and quality standards. Supervise site activities and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and project team.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and review method statements, work programmes, site reports and technical documentation

Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and site resources

Attend site meetings and coordinate technical matters with consultants and relevant parties

Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications and applicable safety requirements

Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions

Monitor and ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures

Assist Project Manager in project planning, cost control and overall project coordination

About you

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field

Relevant experience in building/construction projects is preferred. However, fresh graduate are encourage to apply

Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings and site coordination

Able to read and interpret construction drawings

Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills

Willing to travel or work at construction sites when required
