Job summary

KA MULTI WORKS SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Project Executive to coordinate renovation, construction, electrical, LED display and interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. You will plan schedules, monitor site progress, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and ensure works meet drawings, specs and deadlines while managing costs and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience in renovation, construction, interior fit-out or M&E is an advantage.
• Ability to read drawings and take site measurements.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and workers.
• Willingness to travel to project sites; fresh graduates welcome.

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Project Executive to coordinate and manage renovation, construction, electrical, LED display and interior fit-out projects from planning to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor project schedules and site progress
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveries
• Conduct site visits, measurements and site inspections
• Liaise with clients, consultants and relevant parties on project requirements
• Ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards and deadlines
• Prepare quotations, project documentation, progress reports and work schedules
• Monitor project costs, materials and manpower requirements
• Identify site issues and coordinate solutions promptly
• Attend site/project meetings and follow up on action items
• Coordinate handover, defect rectification and project completion

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design or related field is preferred
• Experience in renovation, construction, interior fit-out or M&E projects is an advantage
• Good project coordination and problem-solving skills
• Able to read basic drawings and take site measurements
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and project documentation
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site workers
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Willing to travel to project sites when required
