Job summary

Kerjaya Milenium is seeking a Project Executive in Kuala Lumpur to coordinate and execute construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met. The role requires collaboration with site teams, contractors and stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives.

You will support the Project Manager, manage documentation, assist in procurement, and monitor costs while upholding safety and compliance across activities. This is a full-time, on-site position in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, identifying and reporting any variances.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, drawings, specifications and correspondence.
• Support the Project Manager in quality assurance and safety compliance across all project activities.
• Track project costs and assist in managing procurement processes and vendor relationships.
• Prepare progress reports and project status updates for senior management and clients.
• Liaise between office-based teams and on-site personnel to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and implementing corrective actions as required.
