Job summary

MINGZHI DAH TRADE SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Chinese-Speaking Project Coordinator to join our growing team. You will assist the project team with daily coordination, prepare documents and reports, and track progress under the Project Director. Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with stakeholders
• Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team with daily coordination and operational tasks
• Coordinate communication between departments, site teams, contractors, clients, and project management
• Prepare and organise project documents, reports, schedules, and meeting arrangements
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Director
• Prepare daily work plans and coordinate subcontractor activities
• Monitor workforce productivity and support labour allocation across areas
• Identify and help resolve on-site issues and bottlenecks to minimise delays
• Coordinate material and equipment availability and maintain inventory records
• Support enforcement of safety procedures and conduct toolbox talks when required
• Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the Project Director

Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to work as part of a team
