Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in construction management, interior design, architecture, building or engineering preferred.

• Must have full working rights in Malaysia.
• Own transport and willingness to travel to project sites.

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in building a career in the interior fit-out and construction industry.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate & monitor daily site activities

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers & project team

Monitor project progress, quality & materials

Assist with drawings, documentation & site reports

Resolve and follow up on day-to-day site matters

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Building, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects are also welcome.

Interest in interior fit-out, construction, project coordination, and site-based work.

Basic knowledge of construction and site practices will be an advantage.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.

Proactive, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Able to communicate and write in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Chinese-speaking candidates are required as the role involves frequent communication with Chinese-speaking clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites when required.

Candidates who are able to start work immediately will have an added advantage.

Must have full working rights in Malaysia.
